Mike

Michael – Owner / Manager

Mike has 38 yrs experience within the IT industry.
Working for Newspapers, Television, Government and IT Service Providers.

Specialising in Wifi Installations – Laptops – ISPs – Insurance Claims – Warranty Contracts – Quotes – On-site Repairs – Server and Network Infrastructure.

staff_trish Trish – Owner / Accounts
Trish is our “wonder woman” taking care of accounts, stock ordering, phones, cleaning and most importantly keeping us supplied with hot fresh coffee.
Specialising in Accounts, Payroll and Shop Front Services

Rhianne1 Rhianne – PA / Administration
Rhianne has a background in accountancy, bringing to the company her organisational skills.
Specialising in administration, compliancy and liason with our corporate / business clients.

Clint – Technician / Maryborough
Clint is based in Maryborough, operating from our new office.
Specialising in networking, security, Cisco configurations, virtualisation and residential support.

Bradley – Support Technician
Bradley has been a part of the Masterlink Team for some time, first coming to us as a trainee before going on to study at Uni.
Bradley will be working with Ben in the workshop and assisting residential clients.

Derek-2 Derek – Network Technician
Derek has worked for a number of key organisations within the I.T. industry, he brings to the company an indepth knowledge of Servers, Network Configurations, Virtualisation and Microsoft products within Small Business Network Environments.
Specialising in Servers – Network Infrastructure and Sustainable Server Management – On-site Repairs, Off-site backup solutions, System Integration, Microsoft Applications and Virtualisation.
Ben – Support Technician
We’ve been fortunate to have Ben join our team, bringing with him a host of well established skills with Windows and Apple systems. Although Ben’s primary responsibility is the main workshop. He will also be assisting Derek and Casey in the field.
Specialising in Data Recovery, Apple, Fault Diagnostics.
casey1 Casey – Support Technician (fast response)
Casey is on the “front line” as our first response to on-site callouts.  If you purchase a new system, need assistance setting up an internet connection or simply need help sorting out a frustrating issue. Casey will most likely be the technician assigned to resolving your issue.
Specialising in Domestic and Commercial On-Site Response – Workshop Repairs – Warranty Servicing
Meg2 Megg –  Company Mascot….
Born on December 12, 2009. Megg is a “Moodle”, a Maltese Terrier/Poodle cross. Megg spends much of her time sleeping, snacking and occasionally welcoming clients to the store… a vital member of the team.
